For those of you that have started this rotation:

Approximately how many minutes did it take you to do the bootcamp bonus? I am trying to plan out my workouts according to the time I have available in the morning before work (it depends upon how many times I hit the snooze button :p ).

Okay - so I couldn't wait to find out. As soon as I got home from work I took the doggies for a 1/2 hour fast paced walk, then I did the Boot Camp Bonus. Now, I may be slower than some of you, because I had to stop and catch my breath quite a few times. It took me 27 minutes. I could barely do all of the dips. I couldn't even come close to doing 40 in a row without stopping. I had to take A LOT of breaks to get through all of the dips (120 total). I do not have a pull up bar so I omited that exercise. I thought that this was a great bonus to tack on to another shorter workout! I just cranked some music and got to work.

I just did this one for the first time this morning. It took me about half an hour, too. I also didn't do the pull ups. I also only did 100 jumping jacks at a time throughout the whole BCBonus to get them all in. My calves were burning big time! Maybe next time I will get through them all!

It's a burner all right, but I enjoyed it!

Hey Monica....

I am sure you got your answer...but I just wanted to say that I recently timed the Bootcamp bonus. It took me 30 minutes to do. I did elimate the pull ups since I did not have a bar that was handy to do that...but while doing the curtsey lunges, I did pulses in between...
