I have one week to go...I had to take extra rest days due to increasing my workout time and having a drastic change in my schedule(I teach special education). A few weeks into the rotation I had lost one inch in my waist and one inch in my hips. My clothes are getting loose(not too loose, but comfortable again). My thihgs(didn't measure) appear slimmer to me visually. I have not watched my diet and hope to pull this rotation out again this summer when I have more time. I will also use workouts from it for a week at a time or for an extra tough workout to change things up during the school year. My cardio endurance has increased greatly! I hope to now(after this rotation) be able to do some of the Imax premix blasts only on weight work days to get in that extra boost of cardio in a shorter amount of time.
