Aug Rotation (Starting late) need sub for Step Jump and Pump

I'm starting the August Rotation next week (have to purchase a bunch of videos - okay, that was just an excuse, but I did purchase them), but I did not get Step Jump and Pump.

I was thinking - Warm up and second step portion of Rhythmic Step then Circuit Max. I know that would be a little longer, but do you think it would work out about the same?
 
I'm not Cathe but I think that's a great substitution for SJP; it may even be a little bouncier on the cardio end than SJP. The weight cycles in SJP are fewer but longer; C-Max as you know has 6 compound weight cycles then some chest and back work and brief core. You may want to substitute a longer ab/core routine at the end; the ab/core routine in SJP is very good and somewhat longer than C-Max's.

How about if I toss in the Ab work from ME? That should be good.
 
Here's a suggestion, an ab mish-mosh:

CTX Kickbox planks (both prone and supine) and roll-ups;
ME ab routine in its entirety.

Thanks again Aqua! I'm not sure if you're trying to help me or kill me... LOL!!!

As this is on a Wed, I'm thinking maybe I'll skip the ab work in the AM all together and take the ab class at my gym - she's tough and it'll be plank Wed... (holy burning abs Batman!)
