Aug Rotation/Lower Body (16 Aug)

Did everyone have a good weekend? I finished week two of the rotation and ready to start week three. Tonight is a run and Legs and Glutes.

Hi everyone,

Weathered the Hurricane pretty good. No damage at my house although my Mom still does not have power. Mother nature sure let Florida know who was in charge this weekend.

I did HST yesterday (WOW! that was fun) and this morning was KPC and abs from CTX All Step. I may never get around to starting the August rotation but I'm still working pretty hard.

Starting South Beach Diet today. Three weeks to my vacation:7

I have been following the rotation very closely, only substituting when I don't have that particular workout. Saturday was KPC - woof, I forgot how hard that is. Afterwards, I was tapped out all day. Sunday was a rest day :7 This morning I did L&G and the core premix from Boot Camp. (I know there was a 20 minute run scheduled for today, but I ran out of time.)

All that hard work and unfortunately, I pigged out this weekend, so I'm afraid it was all for nothing. My legs are really solid, but the fat layer on top doesn't seem to be moving. I'm wondering if I should finish out the rotation or tweek it to include more daily cardio. Any thoughts you guys might have on this would be appreciated. I'm still looking to lose those last 5 pounds.

This week calls for the following workouts, none of which I have, can anyone recommend some substitutions for MIC, Body Fusion, Slow and Heavy Legs?

How’s everyone this Monday morning? I’m good. I had a very nice peaceful and pleasant weekend. Saturday, I finally tackle those walking lunges, I did 200 immediately after my 5 mile walk. First thought, was I’m not going to be able to complete them all. But, I did and my legs wasn’t as sore as I thought they’ll be Nice work!

I am substituting Superset Lower Body Blast premix for S&H legs. Instead of body Fusion you could do HSTA or circuit max if you have one of those, and for MIC any tuff hour long cardio..

Hi ladies,
I am back at it after a week of vacation (camping)... did NO exercise while on vacation and ate everything, but didn't fare to bad in weight gain.
So this am I did ABS, LEGS, and riding exercise BIKE .... tonight I will do upper body.......... good to see everyone:7 ... Rhonda
 
Hi Everyone,

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. My son starts football this week so my life will be very busy again after a 3 week hiatus since baseball finished up. Should be able to keep up with the rotation though. Saturday was KP&C and Sunday was a well deserved rest day. This morning was legs & glutes and if I can bear the heat- a 5 mile run this afternoon.

I'm also going to have to modify some this week. I don't have body fusion so I think I'll do HSTA. For S&H Legs I plan on doing Leaner Legs, or Beverly's suggestion of Supersets lower body blast. And lastly, I'm going to do Bodymax on Saturday and MIC on Monday. There is no way I have enough time to do Bodymax before work.

HI Everyone,
Just starting week 2 here!I was going to workout after lunch but I started cleaning!:-( I am going to take a break soon though.I am cleaning the walls and moving furniture around so you can only do so many rooms in one day.If I do anymore then 3, I start getting sloppy.
Today is PLB and step.I think I will be running instead of step.
I had a nice relaxing weekend.Didn't do a whole lot.
Anyway,I will check back later,

Thanks Bev. I had no clue as to what Body Fusion was. I was thinking of substituting it with Boot Camp (my fave) or HSTA. Prob will sub MIC with IMAX2 and maybe ME legs for S&H legs.

Arrgh, my legs hurt just thinking about it.
