Morning,
How’s everyone this Monday morning? I’m good. I had a very nice peaceful and pleasant weekend. Saturday, I finally tackle those walking lunges, I did 200 immediately after my 5 mile walk. First thought, was I’m not going to be able to complete them all. But, I did and my legs wasn’t as sore as I thought they’ll be Nice work!
