Aug Rotation check-in week2

How did everyones week go? Mine went pretty good, best I have ever stuck with a rotation(i think)
I followed the rotation well, except for not doing the upper body work in body max.I can honestly say that all of my body parts hurt this week at some point.
Today I was just scheduled for Step Jam but I don't own that one.So, I did Rythmic Step and PH.What an awesome workout I had! I use to work out for 2 hours at a time ALL the time,but lately I don't know what I have been up to.And thats not to say that I wasn't thinking about stopping the video a million times and finishing it tomorrow.;)
HOw was everyone elses week?

I made it through week one and what a sense of accomplishment I felt. That first week was tough!!! I got up early this morning and did a step workout (don't have Step Jam so substituted something else) and feel great that I'm already done for the day. Part of me feels wierd that tomorrow is only the 20 minute walk and them 10 minutes of abs. followed by a rest day. I feel like I should be doing more somehow. But this is supposed to be a slower week so next week I can go all out (and will definitely need to as it looks tough again). So far I'm really enjoying the rotation and am anxious to see the gains I've made by the end of the four week period. BTW, Lori, YOU'RE AN ANIMAL!!!! Very impressed that you did Rhythmic Step and Power Hour back to back. That's awesome!!!:D
