Aug Rotation Check in (aug 17)

Good Morning Everyone,
Another nice morning here.We are having a great summer.Our summers are usually not this nice.I can handle the warm weather though.
Today is PUB and a run for me.I am going to do PUB now and go for a long run tonight.
My sister just left.She was home for 3 weeks and my daugther spent alot of time with her.She doesn't have any kids of her own so she spoils her neices and nephew.Soooooo,I think I may have my hands full for the next couple of days, she will be missing her Aunt.
Anyway,i will check back later today.

hello -

I did the cardio conditioning premix from KPC and the abs from C&W this morning. It was a short workout (less than an hour), but intense. KPC always kicks my butt. Tomorrow is supposed to be Slow & Heavy legs, according to the schedule. I don't have it, and will probably substitute with either MIS legs or PLB. And then, there are those dreaded walking lunges. x(

My weight hasn't budged an ounce on this rotation, so I'm trying to really keep the eating clean. Arrgh, it's soooo hard.

Hello everyone:

I'm a bit off on the rotation. Had to take Saturday as my rest day instead of Sunday. And for the rest of the month, I'm changing the rotation to be four days on/one day off. My body responds better to that schedule than to working out 6 days straight.

Sunday was KPC, Monday did Legs & Glutes (ouch!) and this morning was Cardio Kicks.

Tomorrow is SH Legs with those 200 walking lunges.

Happy Tuesday ;o) Today is going to be a hotie, in the 80’s. Lori, that’s good you guys are having summer weather. Here in Ohio, I can’t say that we have. Seems like every single day it rains. Some hot days, but not like it should be for August.

Shopgirl, don’t panic, you are working hard and consistent, right. The weight will fall off. Did I hear ya say walking lunges, ouch. I’m starting to really feel the soreness in my quads.

Yesterday, I did Plyometrics, then immediately afterwards, went to Bedford track and I walked 12 laps. Tonight, Ab Ripper, MIS or ME .

Hey, you all!

Just finished up a doubled-up workout: Imax 2 and HSTA with 20 minutes of abs. Tomorrow, I have early morning meetings and Friday is an all-day meeting, so...rest day W & F! :D Am feeling good--a bit tired--but will probably scoot around today running errands (sounds much more fun than cleaning, especially with a smidge of a heat wave; shouldn't complain, b/c before we know it, it'll be 30 below up here in VT).

Hope you all are enjoying the workout--can't wait for Week 3 (and to find out what the September Rotation will be! Take care and "hear" from you soon!

Hi Ladies,

Last night I did a 5.5 mile run. I was suppose to do a shorter run and L&G. I was just not feeling like it though. I was having a crappy day and kind of sluggish and my new running shoes suck!!!

I am better today and plan to do KPC and L&G premix to sorta combine last nights L&Gs I missed and today's scheduled Cardio Kicks..

Hi Everyone!

I was so tired last nite after doubling up my workouts on Sunday nite, but I managed to get through L&G as well as my 2 mile run.
Today is Cardio Kicks (which I have never done before.)
Tomorrow has those lunges again. Ah well, it's the last time for them in the rotation, so I will get through.
My legs are definitely feeling this. It feels so good to lay down at nite to go to sleep :)

Hi Everyone,

Well I managed a 6 mile run at lunch yesterday in 86 degree heat. Nice to get back into running, but i'm looking forward to the 70's, much better for me to run in.

This morning was cardio kicks, should've substituted with a harder workout. Will try another run later today. Will be doing leaner legs tomorrow instead of S&H. My legs are definitely firm and muscular, wish they were smaller though. Years of gymnastics and the dreaded pear shape I guess. Hopefully running and ww will help slim them down.

Hi Everyone,
Sounds like everyone as been having a pretty good day.I did PUB in the A.M and I just finished a 14 kms run.I was feeling a little lazy but the run went better then expected.There was a nice breeze and then it started raining a little which made it a bit cooler.If it hadn't rained then it would have been very muggy.
I buns are so sore from yesterdays PLB.And to think I have to do it again tomorrow! And then the walking lungesx(
Thats about it for me.I think I may try to get to bed earlier tonight.
