Hi Pinky,
I would love to get your rotation that you plan on using for the GS and S&H series. I read that you were going to incorporate these two series in another thread. Do you mind sharing? TIA!

Hi ladies, I've been playing around with such a rotation on paper and this is what I've come up so far. Hope it looks good to you gals.

Week 1:
M - GS-CT + Core Max 1,2 OR 3 (or any ab workout of your choice)
T - GS-Legs standing only + KM combos (or blast premix)
W - GS-BSB
Th- GS-Legs floor work only + Low Max blasts (or step portion) + Core Max 1,2 OR 3 (or any ab workout of your choice)
F - rest/any yoga workout/Stretch Max
S - IMAX 3 + Core Max 1,2 OR 3 (or any ab workout of your choice)
Sn- Muscle Max OR HSC

Week 2:
M - KM
T - SH-chest/back + Core Max 1,2 OR 3 (or any ab workout of your choice)
W - rest/any yoga workout/Stretch Max
Th- SH-Legs + KM leg conditioning drills + Core Max 1,2 OR 3 (or any ab workout of your choice)
F - IMAX 3 step only premix + Low Max step only premix
S - SH-biceps/triceps/shoulders
Sn- Low Max + Core Max 1,2 OR 3 (or any ab workout of your choice)

Week 3:
M - rest/any yoga workout/Stretch Max
T - GS-CT + Core Max 1,2 OR 3 (or any ab workout of your choice)
W - GS-Legs floor work only + KM combos (or blast premix)
Th- GS-BSB

Since this uses two tough series, I thought it would be best to rest/stretch/do yoga every 4 days. I also kept the rotation low on cardio. I've lost most of the evidence of my pre-, intra- and post-holiday binges and don't really want to lose any more pounds or inches. I'm one of those skinny fat people...small but with more fat than one would think. I lose more flab and I'll only look skinnier. This is just a rough draft. Feel free to change things around.:)
