Hi,
Just noticed you posted you use Corey E's GHAS tape. Have you seen good results from this workout? How often do you do it in a week? Is the speed ok?
 
Imagine my surprise when I realized someone was paging me!

I haven't used the GHAS tape much recently, but you could probably do it two to three times a week. The speed is a little fast, but no more so than anything in CTX or Power Hour.

I really like Cory Everson, and it's an excellent tape. I used it a lot when I started with heavier weights and saw really good results at the time.

Hey Rachel, have you read the reviews at VF? I recently bought this tape cuz they rave about it over there. I've only done it once. Great workout and I can see how it produces good results. My arms were weak and quivery for a while afterwards. I will say that there's a huge cheese factor, but I can take it!! LOL.

Thanks for replying! Yes, there is a HUGE cheese FX going on there but it's so bad you just have to laugh! Anyway, I did the tape and I think I hurt my shoulder. It's been aching so bad! I knew it was too fast for me, it's just that it does give quite a burn and is a good workout. Must be careful from now on, last thing I need is a real bad injury!
