You can do it! I can't wait to come on here and read that you made it through GS Legs:) Laugh in the face of those squats and lunges!

I actually didn't find this message until AFTER doing GS Legs--ha!

Okay, I only did the standing portion, plus the shin exercises and first floorwork exercise (glute raises?) When it came time to hold one leg up and press up and down with the other, I congratulated myself on a job so far well done, and quit!

I only did three sets on each leg of those slow-mo lunges...

Pleasant surprise--LOVED those stiff-legged deadlifts off the step! Go hams!

So--floorwork will come another day.
