I'm so sore. I did not expect to be this sore since I work out with Cathe every day. I went on Saturday morning, and my thighs were so sore yesterday I could barely walk. I even went lighter with weights than normal because I wasn't sure what to expect. My thighs and triceps are still sore today. I was also a little sore in the biceps and shoulders which is what I expected to feel all over. The exercises were exactly the same as I do in a Cathe workout and there were even those dreaded low-ends included. I think I must have worked out harder being in a class setting which would account for the soreness.
I'm going back this afternoon to take a Body Step class and tomorrow I may try a Body Combat class. I hope I survive.
