I don't know about AT&T Uverse, but you may want to explore your "on demand" section under Sports and Fitness. I still have a lot of workouts under that topic on Comcast.
And yes, you are right about Discovery Health taking over FitTV (I think FitTV was actually a Discovery channel all along).. I don't pay much attention to it since they took all the fitness shows off.
