Hi Laura,
I have no problem with it. I do mix it with some romaine lettuce though. I really look forward to the steak and arugula salad recipe that is on the P90X program. It has artichokes and tomatoes in it. I still blend Romaine with it. Try mixing it with other greens.

Hi Laura,
I have a problem with very bitter greens myself and so have never actually bought argula, but I have seen chefs on foodtv./etc. make a pesto out of it. They process it with other fresh/dried herbs, garlic, a little olive oil, nuts (pine or walnut) and some parmesean/romano cheese. Then serve over pasta and veggies, use as a salad dressing, etc. Just a thought!

i like your rotations but simply do not have enough time for it so i am enjoying p90x right now.could you give the recipe for the arugula salad?

Laura,
Since you are doing P90X do you have the Nutrition plan?? It has the recipe in it. If not I can give it to you. It is basically what I said with a balsamic vinegrette which I keep in my refrigerator all of the time.

thanks,

Laura,

You could try lightly stir frying it in a little olive oil, like one might do with other leafy greans like kale or shard. That might take some of the "bite" out of it. I'm a fan of bitter greens myself. I also like to put arugula on pizza, like you might do with spinach.

arugula looks like baby spinach.it is very bitter tasting.if u dont like it be sure to read the labels at the grocery for that word.thats how i made my mistake.
