I SAW ON THE TELLY THAT THIS TRAINER SAID THE WAY TO GET THAT CUT ON THE SIDE OF YOUR ARM WAS BY DOING ALTERNATE BICEP CURLS, IS THIS TRUE, THAT EXERCISE ALWAYS SEEMED SO EASY TO ME.
Hi!
Do front dumbbell raises, side dumbbell(or machine!) raises along with various types of curls and triceps work. You'll have that cut in no time....worked for me!

I can't imagine that only one exercise can be attributed to getting great definition. You really need to work your muscles from various angles to get good even definition & shaping. Oh, and I definitely second the post on reducing body fat... it's the only way to see all that muscle you've been building

at the risk of being shoooed off this web site for being a total yoga pest ...
i have to say i have been very impressed with the arm definition i have seen ashtanga yoga enthusists rewarded with.
... its fantastic for tricepts and shoulders.
ps...
did i mention its great for you backside too?
Actually, thanks for mentioning yoga, cinza! I think yoga is sometimes underrated in terms of muscle-building workouts. You are so right, you need muscular strength to hold yoga poses. Lots of people think it's merely stretching that increases flexibilty, and while it does, it sure requires strength & endurance to get there! Thanks, and no you are not a pest! We appreciate the info
