Are you doing the Sept. Rotation........?

and if you are, are you starting today on the workout listed for Monday, or the workout for Friday and skipping almost the first week.....or what?? I want to do the Butt & Gut workout for sure, just wonder where most of you will start the rotation.
Also I don't have KP&C, Kickmax, or Legs & Glutes. Will Cardio Kicks or SJ&P be the best substitution for the kickbox? What is the best sub for L&G ??
Thanks for the help!
Now I better get ready to get some WORK done!!!;-)

i am starting it on monday myself. the rotation seems to start on the 5th and end on the 2nd of oct. so it fits perfectly into what i already penned out. i am substituting alot b/c i don't have many video. SJP is taped off of fittv so i will do that and add on a firm workout i have similiar to it. i have legs and glutes taped as well i will just add another 10 min. of legs and gs legs i will do on my own with what i copied off of the site. since she has most of the chapters broken down on her site you can do it that way as well. with the kickbox, cardio kicks may be good but add some leg work to it since that was purpose of it being in the rotation cardio/leg sculpters. and just add abs on the ball since you don't have KPC. just have to be creative and read about the videos on the site and try to do something that would come close to what it should be.

i hope this helps

I am following it and started this morning. I also just started training for a marathon in January, so I will be incorporating my short runs during the week with the normal rotation as scheduled, and just subbing my long runs on the weekends.

I am thinking about doing this and would start either tomorrow or Sunday. I have to figure out how it would work with my work and travel schedule.

Do you have either GS Legs or Leaner Legs? They are good subs for L&G. I think Cardio Kicks should be fine for the kickboxing....

Good for you Gayle, good luck on your training. It's quite a commitment, but what a HUGE reward at the end. You will be on a high for quite a while. Oh, I forgot to ask you - have you ran one before? I guess you'd know this if you had. :)

Which marathon are you running in January - Brrrrr.

Hi, Marcia. I have never run a marathon before, only a few 5Ks and a 5 miler. This is a HUGE step for me and I had a very hard time deciding between running a half or a full. But, I figured if I'm going to train for 5 months for it, I may as well go for the gusto, right? LOL

The marathon I have chosen is for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to raise funds for researching a cure, and it's in a WONDERFUL PLACE ON EARTH! ONE GUESS...
