Just bumping this up again in case anyone missed it. I haven't done LowMax in ages (been doing a P90X rotation) and needed a *Cathe fix*. This totally did the trick, great lower body & cardio!! Thanks again for posting!
I did this recently with the modification of a 5 lb hand weight instead of a med ball which I do not own--and it was a killer. I was sore the next day.
