Aqua Max!!!

Aquajock:

I love, love, love the aqua drills you suggested. :7 I went to the club after work Monday night and again tonight and had a blast. I love the Ryka aqua shoes. It feels like I am walking on pillows. I can do tuck jumps and ski hops and plie jacks and air jacks in the pool without hurting my joints. Fun, fun, fun! :7 I can even do genie hops and explosive lunges. I also started wearing the Speedo aqua gloves you suggested. I am amazed at how much resistance they add.

By the way, the water in the pool is 4-feet deep (which is chest high on me). I must have been dreaming when I wrote that it was shoulder high. It has been months since I have been in the pool on a regular basis. The drills were very doable but tough. I never dreamed that a water workout could be so intense. No more fluffing around in the pool for me! ;) If you have any more cardio drills, please share!

You suggested swimming and kicking drills. Should I remove my shoes first? Speaking of which, my shoes were still damp inside 48 hours later. It is okay for them to stay wet all the time, or should I remove the liners to help them dry?

Blessings,
Heather B.
