April Rotation Check In

I'm really enjoying this rotation as it's getting me to use the weight tapes I tend to ignore. This is my first time doing a split rotation.

Today I did Slow and Heavy Legs, CoreMax 1 and 13 minutes of Total Body Stretching. I'm also biking my daughter to and from school so I'll get a total of 40 minutes of biking too.
I was quite pleased that I was able to start off with 54 lbs and then did most of the workout with 48 lbs (which felt a little safer lifting over my head). My four year old son joined me for the stretching on his own small stability ball. It made it very enjoyable and I was laughing a lot.
