April one body part per day

For April I'll be doing the following rotation if anyone wants to join me, I'd love to be accountable to a buddy!

Mon. BACK + cardio (run)
Tue CHEST + cardio (30" any interval workout) + ABS
Wed. SHOULDERS + cardio (run)
Thur. BICEPS + cardio (30" choice) + ABS
Fri. TRICEPS + cardio (run)
SAT. LEGS + ABS
Sun. REST or stretch

A different sereis will be used each week PS, CTX, GS, etc. Any longer cardio can be substituted for running, but my goal is to run and increase milage by 10% per week.

That looks really good. It is what I am doing too. (Jane too)
We did S&H last week and are doing GS this week. Today is back for me too. I started yesterday and did shoulders.

I've really been enjoying this way of working out alot. Hope you do too. WELCOME to the OBPAD club! :7
 
Thanks Becky, Isn't it funny how we came upon the same rotation at the same time? I think S&H is more manageable with one body part per day. S&H is my least favorite x( strength workout series so I chose to complete it first before I change my mind. :p

This is actually week 5 for us. We enjoyed it so much , we opted to continue. :)

Today for me was GS Back, CM#3 and 45 min. on the stationary bike.
 
I am feeling changes Judy!! I feel gains in strength and notice a litte more definition. :)

A few days ago my DH said "you're getting too skinny"......NOT TRUE, I haven't lost any weight and I'm not trying to but I think it's the muscle gain & definition that he was noticing.

When I questioned him about his comment I realized he meant it as a compliment, even though SKINNY looking isn't my goal !
