Attention CatheLIVE subscribers, Thursday April 9, 2026 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Compound Unilateral Training” Live! Unilateral training is an excellent way to train. It allows each side of the body to work independently which exposes and helps correct any muscle imbalances within the body. It also enhances core stability and improves balance. Today’s workout not only utilizes unilateral training but it also incorporates compound movements simultaneously which improves overall functional strength too! Let’s get to work

Equipment Needed:

A wide variety of weights (5lbs thru 25lbs)

A fitness mat
