Attention Cathe Live Subscribers:

This Thursday, April 9th at 9:15am EST, we will be doing "Cross Fire Express" Live.

This hardcore express workout will push you to your cardiovascular limits. Get ready to experience overall fitness conditioning while moving through a combo of tabata drills, fitness blasts & compound exercises. Get ready to "work work"!!!

Equipment needed for this workout:

Various weighted dumbbells (l will be using 15's)

A fire walker loop

A fitness mat

WOW! 'Express' was right...like an express train - one that still gets your to your destination, just faster ;) And straight out of the gate...
It was a bit like RWH and Crossfire. Cross with HiiT? (Well, I was once I'd finished.) Didn't bother adding on like I had intended.....
 
I did cross fire express followed by Cathe live push/pull this morning. It worked out nicely. She packs a lot into both workouts in a very workable time frame.
