Hi ladies! This morning was the new Kelly Coffee Meyers DVD - 30 Minutes to Fitness. I did the Chest/Back/Legs workout. It was good - I'm feeling it now. I also did the floorwork from GS Legs. I thought it might be easier since I hadn't done all the standing work - not so much!! Tomorrow I'll do the other KCM workout - biceps/triceps/shoulders and maybe LIS.
