Attention Cathe Live subscribers: April 26th, 2018 at 9:15 am EST we’ll be doing “Low Impact Step Bootcamp” LIVE. Six rounds consisting of four components: EXTREMELY BASIC low impact step, legs, upper body & core! Singing “I like to move it, move it



Equipment Needed:

A full sized step at 6 or 8 inches. In this particular workout a 6 inch step height will make the overall workout feel more
intermediate.

A set of 5 and 8 pound dumbbells

A medium tension resistance tube with handles

A fitness mat

Two gliding devices
