Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday April 24, 2025 at 9:30am EST, we’ll be doing “Cycle Circuit” LIVE. Get ready to dive into this high energy workout. Be prepared to get on and off your bike as you do four circuits. Each circuit consists of an intense cycle challenge immediately followed by an intense upper body weight challenge (off your bike).

Equipment Needed:

An indoor cycle

A variety of weighted dumbells

Lifting gloves are optional but recommended for a safer grip

You know I will :). I was trying to find my post from years ago when I suggested a on/off
bike & weight workouts, but couldn’t find it. I do workouts like this on my bike, treadmill, rowing machine from other sources and love them. Doesn’t get boring!
