Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, April 1st, 2021 at 9:30 am EST we’ll be doing “Lots of Legs” LIVE! This high-intensity, moderately-paced workout will target all areas of the legs and glutes in four rounds with no repeats. Let’s go legs!!!


Equipment needed:

Various weighted sets of dumbbells (I’ll be using 10’s through ’20s)

A stability ball

A gliding device

A fitness mat

Just finished this workout. Loved it! My quads/glutes are feeling it. Loved the no repeats and the use of the stability ball. Cathe you are so funny. The things you say makes me laugh
