Hey everyone!

I just got done with Pyramid Upper Body... I've missed the pyramids, they are very cool workouts!

I'm still kind of fatigued from this sinus thing, even though it's sooooo gorgeous out, (sunny and 70) I think I might not push myself with a run. It's extra anyways.

Joanne: Awesome workouts this week! I didn't realize you had Turbo Jams too. Kick Punch & Jam is a good one! I did it with hand weights last time too, makes a difference! I have Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs Level 2, Ultimate Results (I read reviews that level 1 was very easy). So I skipped to level 2! (got it on Ebay). I did the Fat Burning Cardio on Monday. I still find it weird that I felt it in my back. Kind of like around the torso /mid back, around my spine. Which HHA's do you have?

Hi everyone!!

Checking in with Leaner Legs and we are going to go for a nice walk to PE class today. It is about a 2 mile walk. It will be nice!! It is about 70 here as well..
 
Chris, yea, I have most of the Turbo Jams. They are fun. I think I have the level 2 Hip Hop Abs, too. I had level 1, but sold it on ebay. His new Rockin' Body series looks good, but I MUST STOP buying videos!!

Kathy, Leaner Legs is short but tough!

70s here too, finally!! It's so nice to go outside and be comfortable, not shivering or wet.

This morning I did Christi Taylor's Fit to Dance. I'm not sure about tomorrow - I'm thinking about trying some of my iballets that I've downloaded and never used or pilates - I want to see what different types of leg work will do for me. I'm also thinking about doing a Slim Series rotation - I'm just so undecided!! But I went clothes shopping today and the dressing room mirror was very scary. x( Is it the lighting in those places that make you look so lumpy and out of shape???, or is it just me? I didn't think I looked that bad! Oh well.
