Hi Guys!

Just got done with KPC! Haven't done it in a while, and for some reason, I was a bit scared ... I thought the high drills were more intense. I must be thinking of the Hi/Lo on SJP. KPC was very do-able... yet I was a sweaty mess at the end.

It's raining this morning, but we do need it. Everything is greening up big time though and looks so nice..

I'm going for a haircut and highlights today and then for groceries.

Kathy... for me, the biggest difference in making running more enjoyable is listening to music. It puts me in a whole different world. When I ran without, i'd only hear me huffing and puffing and felt like I was just trying to catch my breath. The music pushes me alot for different songs. Otherwise, I'm not sure I'd even like running!

Chris, I haven't done KPC in awhile either. I used to do it so often - I need to pull it out again. Enjoy your haircut!

Music is the only way I can run, too. I can go much longer with it and really enjoy it. It's a chore without it.

Today was Sharon Twombly's Athletic Step Jam. Really tough cardio! I couldn't finish the last part where she puts the three combos together - by that point I had already done about 60 minutes of cardio, so I figured I was good!

I may do a semi-rest day tomorrow and do something like Reach or just stretch. I'm waiting to see what Cathe's rotation is and I want to be able to start off with weights if she does.

Joanne: I enjoyed Reach yesterday. Let me know what you think when you do it...

Chris: I will remember that and get hubby's Ipod out for that run. Not sure if Lauren will have softball today since it has been raining and the fields may be muddy.

So, today I did FIRMs Aerobic Body Shaping..I am off to the grocery store too!!
