Hi there!

I got Slow & Heavy: Chest, Back, Planks done, and then I added P90's Ab Ripper 200!

I think I might try to go for a run later... it's so nice out, Spring is finally springing here!

I must of had a great workout yesterday my legs are so sore!! Today is CM#2 and KM it's going to be hard to do the blast challenge and leg workout cause i'm so sore.
On my lunch break gotta go

Hi ladies!!

Today was field trip day..Lauren's art class went to the art museum in DC. Chris and I went along and it was such a great time. Amazing artist!

Checking in today with Step Max..I was a little low on energy. But, I made it through!
