Hi ladies!!

Just getting ready to get that workout done..Hope everyone is having a great day/weekend so far...

LowMax is on the schedule for me today..My legs are feeling yesterday and my upper body is still a little sore too. Good feeling though!!!

Joanne... I like that generic Rotation you posted yesterday. It's kind of along the lines of what I'm doing, but just not specific. Will you throw in some interval workouts for the cardio?

I ended up doing my switched up scheduled workout this morning... Maximum Intensity Strength. Wow. I haven't done this one in a very long time. It was INTENSE and a great workout! And worked EVERYTHING , I think! she didn't leave anything out. And hey, Randi, if you want a killer ab workout, do this one! It's non STOP, she doesn't give you a break, and you get a wicked burn in your abs!!

Chris: I did get Low Max done. Cathe is going to kill my legs this month. Tomorrow's workout is kick Max. I am going to love my rest day on Monday if I survive..
