Hi ladies!!

Checking in today with 4DS kickbox and bootcamp cardiopower premix...I also tried Kari Anderson's Push, step portion...Anyone given her workouts a try?
 
Wow..just reading that, Kathy, makes me pooped!

I thought about pushing it, even posed the question to open discussion forum, but I'm sick, I really am. And as much as i didn't want to , for so many reasons, I called out sick to work tonight.

But, I AM going to push it and go in tomorrow. I have to. And then I can go to the doctor's on Monday morning before I go home..

I never heard of Kary Anderson... Was it a good workout, Kathy? did you like her? The cardio power premix sounds intense! Is it both those workouts in their entirety?

Hey Chris: I hope you can get some rest and start feeling better. The best thing you can do is not workout. Don't push it when you are really sick. Your body is telling you to take it easy. Anyway, I hope you are feeling better soon. The cardio power premix was the one on Cathe's 4DS DVD. It combines the kickbox with the bootcamp cardio..

I liked the Kari Anderson workout. She had some tricky moves. But, VERY doable. I got it within seeing it the first or second time. She breaks it down and it seems to be a little dance inspired. I found it to be like an intermmediate workout. I didn't do the hi/lo portion on the floor yet. But, I did like the step part and I was sweating alot. So, I think it would be a great workout if you don't like alot of high jumping. I might use it to add on to a day that I need some cardio...
