Hi ladies!!

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday...I was talking to myself!

Today is a scheduled rest day on the rotation. I need some stretching though with all that leg work done last week. So yoga or some stretch max is on for later..

Also, I will be teaching Homeschool PE for my kids and friends..

Yesterday I did 4DS LIS circuit premix.
Just finished Imax 3 blast first then combos, Legs and Glutes ankle weight work only, my legs are fried}(
Kathy hope you had a great day yesterday, I was to busy to get on here yesterday family was in town. Have a great rest day you deserve it!

Hi ladies! I didn't get a chance to get on here over the weekend either. The weather finally broke, and soccer started, so we were outside most of the weekend. Finally!!

Saturday I did Low Impact Circuit and Sunday Amy's Hi/Lo Knockout. Today I did back, chest and shoulders from Gilad's Express Workouts. Good, short workouts. Tomorrow I'll do the arms (I think its biceps and triceps) and core from the same DVD and I think Tracy's Glute Camp.

Hey everyone!

Yesterday was my rest day. And work weekend. work was extremely busy and tough. But no headache! and it's over!!

Today on the rotation I have was IMAX 3, but there's no way I can do IMAX 3 on 3 hours sleep after such a tough weekend. So I did IMAX 2! AND used the step, AND did not feel a single thing in my calf! It felt great. And for being a Monday, alot of it seemed kind of "easy" to me. Not sure why!!

You guys are doing some intense stuff. Randi, you're going to have some pretty toned legs after all the lower body stuff you've been doing!

Its supposed to be a nice warmer week here, and am definitely going to get a few runs in!..

Joanne, you'll have to let me know when you run!
