Apple TV 4K

I have the new Apple TV and downloaded both Cathe apps but I can’t login to either. I just get the spiny wheel until it just times out. Any suggestions? Everything is up to date.

Yes I do have a subscription and am logging in with the correct login and password

I figured it out in case anyone runs across this problem. We have a Disney Circle that filters internet, TV etc for the kiddos. I needed to adjust that in order to login.
