Anyone watch That '70s Show?

I am a huge, huge fan (although I stopped watching when Ashton & Topher left, after that the show was a hollow shell IMO). It is so nostalgic & totally dead on when it comes to growing up in the decade........also watching it in syndication every night somehow got me through a really ugly breakup.

So anyway, I'm feeling pretty sad that it's finally ending, even though it probably should've been cancelled two years ago. Rumor has it both Topher & Ashton will be on the finale next Thursday. So I will be watching the next two (and final) episodes. Anyone else?

I'm with you...I was a little girl during the 70's but the show is hysterical and definitely one of my favorites. I stopped watching the new episodes as well. It's just not the same. I watch it EVERY night on F/X from 8-9. I read that Ashton will return, but that Topher will not. I don't know if that's right or if he will be there and the show is trying to keep it quiet. I hope he does. He's such a huge part of what made that show great. Either way I will be watching and sad to see it end. Thank goodness for reruns.:) :)

Topher won't be there for the final taping--his scenes have already been shot (he's busy now filming Spiderman 3--hopefully he'll bulk up a little for that part LOL). The pre-taped scenes will be on the last show, & again just a rumor, but it's sounding like he & Donna will get back together. :) :) :) :) :)

I lived the 70's as a teen. And, truthfully, the show is funny but not a thing seems like reality to me. It's funny how society looks back on things and basically alter history for the sake of "artistic license". But, that's okay. It's meant to be entertaining not factual.

However, I do have to admit. I had one of those waist length jackets with the fur all over and leather cuffs and collar. Looked very cool with the hip hugger jeans with the wide belt!

My kids just roll their eyes at me.:D

???? Topher isn't listed in the credits for Spiderman 3. Are you thinking of Tobey Maguire? Or are they pulling a suprise on us? I don't know how reliable Internet Movie Database is ... but I enjoy watching it for movies coming up I want to see. Spiderman 3 is one (they filmed part of it in downtown Cleveland!), and of course there's "Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest" July 7th!!! My man Johnny is back in that one!! :)

One of the things that struck me about That 70's Show were the expressions. I was a teen in the 70's and most of the way they talk on the show is the way kids today talk. It bothered me at first but eventually I got used to it. The show is funny and I'll miss it.

He's in the movie--not sure what part he's playing (Tobey is back as Spidey), but Topher's in there somewhere. It was his "excuse" for not filming the retrospective they showed last week.
