I am going to start the july rotation tomorrow! Actually without realizing it, I sort of started today b/c I did CTX Upper body.Boy, what a workout that was.I totally forgot, my arms were on fire.
Anyhoo, my sister in law is getting married in 3 weeks and I want to give it my ALL to look my best. The dress is sleeveless so I want to feel good about my arms. With major decipline, I know I can look graet in a month.(Oh, and I am the maid of honor:eek: )
I want to eat the cleanest I possible can and I want to exercise the most that I possibly can.A full month of being totally strict! Anyone want to join me? I would love to have some company.If not I can just post here and let everyone know how I am doing.I see fast results when I really stick to something!

I would love to check in with you. I have been doing the July rotation for the past week. I did the June rotation and enjoyed it so much, I decided to give the July rotation a try. and let me tell you...be prepared to work. The first week has you doing leaner legs one day and all of MIC the next day. I have enjoyed it so far. but it is a killer.

I never thought about that.That will be tough.Those are two videos that I never do and there is a reason for that:eek:
I didn't size the rotation up alot b/c I was writing it in my note book and then I had to go to my in laws for dinner.When I get a chance now, I am going to sit down and look at everything.I may even put my videos in order.
I am looking forward to the rotation b/c I have been all over the place lately.I use to work out reliously.Twice a day sometimes....lately I have been taking days off like you wouldn't believe.I have only done one rotation before and that was the Tank Top one and I saw great results with that.I was actually going to look at this rotation and see if I could work upper body 3x a week b/c of the sleeveless dress.

Alright Lori and anyone else taking on this challenge. I wasnt sure if I should start a new post or just add on to this one...so here I am. I am on week two of the July rotation, so I did Body Max today. Wow...I haven't done the whole tape in a while and it was tough. but boy do I feel proud of myself when I get done. I think after doing the June rotation and lifting heavier, doing these more endurance style workouts are a bit more challenging then they used to be. Oh well, I hope you did well too. Val
 
I am on week 2 this week. It is a fun month so far. My cousin is also getting married in three weeks. :)

Well I am only on Day 3 so far.Call me crazy but yesterday I planned on running and then doing Imax1.I didn't get around to doing Imax 1 so I have that planned for today and then doing Leaner legs.I haven't done both of those videos in a while.I may actually do Imax 2 instead.I am a big baby when it comes to Imax 1.And I love the music in Imax 2.
I also thought about working my tri,bic,and sho today b/c of the sleeveless dress.I wanted to try and get 3 upper body workouts in there a week.We will see how much free time I have.My husband is going away fishing shortly, I should pretty much have the rest of the day to do what ever I want.

I am really enjoying the July Rotation -- it is kind of intimidating--- but, I have told myself I WILL do this. Body Max was tough !! I usually skip IMAX 1 and Body Max, but it felt so good to do them!!
I also did the June Rotation -- and loved that one too. These are my first 2 rotations. Usually, I just pick out a workout randomly.

I love having a rotation all set up for me. Keep up the great work gals.!! Tomorrow is a Rest Day -- I may do Yoga or Pilates.

So how is everyone doing this week? I am actually ahead of schedule ( I have plans and company on Saturday). I am really enjoying this rotation. I did Cardio Kicks today since I changed the plan around a bit. I love this video since you can decide how tough you want to make it. I started out a bit lethargic and decided to take it to my limit to try and give my self some umph and boy did I end up having a great time. I hope everyone else is doing well.

There are some videos there that I haven't even bothered doing in the last few monthes.I wasn't totally excited about doing them....(imax1 and meaner legs) but I was happy when I had them done.It was like doing new videos again b/c I forgot half of the moves.I wasn't sore when I finished meaner legs though, or when I did ME yesterday! My weight was as heavy as cathes.May be I will try adding another 5lbs on the next time I work legs.I do mostly running in the summer monthes but this rotation as alot of step.Im fine with that as well.
I have been doing good with my eating habits as well.Alot of protein and good carbs.
I hope everyone else is doing good.I have to look and see what is on the schedule for today.I think it may be step fit.I haven't done that one in a while.
