never heard of it- I use creatine though. it helps me alot actually so I 'm not as sore the next day- I know stretching helps as well but I believe in working to my full potential- when you do this you have to get a little sore sometimes but Creatine helps tremendously. after starting with just 2 pills the first week i'm now at 2 pills- I don't take as many as it reads on the bottle- I don't like taking too much I think what I do is just right. How do you like femme creatine and how does it differ from regular creatine?
