Anyone use kettlebells?

I use kettlebells. My favorite workouts are the Goddess Workout and AOS (Art of Strength) Providence workout. Many times I make up my own workouts and incorporate kettlebells.

If you are a beginner, you might want to check out Sarah Lurie and Lisa Shaffer. I know Lisa Shaffer has an instructional DVD that will help on form.

I was introduced to kettlebells while going to a fitness bootcamp. They are lots of fun.

The Art of Strength new instructional DVD set is great: 2 DVD's, with detailed form pointers on basic moves, a traninig session where Anthony puts a newbie through his paces and gives pointers, and two (?)workouts. It's a bit pricey (as are many Kettlebell products), but a great thing for beginners (or even more advance wanting to bone up on moves).

I also like Sarah Lurie's two DVD's (you can find them at Target or Dick's , also online, but they cost more online unless you get them from www.gofit.net ).
