Anyone try Barry's Bootcamp yet?

I agree with you all about lack of warm-up and cool-down, but now that I know that I can do it on my own. I still enjoyed the workout in spite of it! My arms are feeling wimpy tonight so I know I'll have DOMS tomorrow! :)

I wanted to add that I did the cardio also but had to lower my step on the 2nd round. The first time's a doozy!

I'm wondering did you order the 5-day workout series? Or are you all talking about another set of workouts? Also, we have a treadmill...does any of the workouts use the treadmill? Thanks. I have an 18 yr. old who would love these workouts! dmd:)
 
Who and where is Barry? Could someone let me know his website address? I'd like to know which workouts these are and take a look at them.

I just completed all the workouts in this series and I have some serious DOMS!!!!!!!
I agree with Tonya. These must be working the muscles different. I just finished 6 weeks of Cathe's GS and one week of S&H and I'm so sore that I'm growl in pain anytime I move.
 
4 out of the 5 dvd's offers you a choice between treadmill cardio, or traditional floor cardio.

My 17 year old son plans to use these dvd's too. The non-treadmill cardio is similar to the conditioning my son does for his school football team. I think these are perfect for men and appeal to a younger audience.
I'm hoping Barry releases another series in the future!
