Anyone tried P90 yet?

My husband bought it. He went from doing no exercise to Body Beast but ended up with injuries. He could not do the Body Beast lower body workouts either or the cardio (too hard/advanced for him). So he decided to re-start slow and went to P90. I did the Cardio A with him--it is effective, but not super intense. I would never use it as my regular cardio workout--or even an add on or doubles workout. I just did it with him to encourage him to actually do it. He hates and avoids all cardio. However he found it challenging. Sculpt A looks like a solid (but very short) total body strength workout. He thought it was too easy until he increased his dumbbell weights and band resistance. Now he thinks it’s a respectable workout (though he still prefers Body Beast). Ab Ripper A was easy for me. He hasn't done it yet because his trapezius is what is injured so he has to be careful of any neck strain until it heals. Now, the difficulty and intensity in P90 increase each month, so B is supposed to be harder than A, and C the hardest. He has 3 exercisers each doing different versions (easy, harder, hardest) of the exercises so you can start this program being pretty out of shape and work your way up.

Interested in P90 as well, or I should say I keep going back to look at it. When I first read the descriptions I thought it might be an excellent add-on to a running schedule, in the reverse order. doing the longest workouts first and the shorter ones last, I don't know what the schedule is for those, but something like C, B, A which would lead right up to a taper & race. I tried P90x but it was pretty tough with running, then after three months I ended up just running.

I'm sure I could have, or could just do half w/o or Cathe premix mix and accomplish the same thing, but I really like the look of the new P90 workouts, and I heart Tony. Tony = motivation. I confess. At this point though I would probably have to do an A, B, to work up to the C schedule.

Has anyone else worked through the new P90 schedule?
