Anyone out there in CA (Bay Area)?

Hello!

I am writing from the Bay Area and wondered if there were any Cathe fans out there who lived near me???

I was just introduced to Cathe about 6 months ago and I think she is wonderful! She is such an inspiration to me.

What are some of your favorite dvd"s? Do you have any fitness tips?

Hi Stephanie,

I live in the Santa Cruz mountains (Los Gatos). Where abouts are you? I've been doing Cathe for about a year. I don't have a lot of her older workouts, but I have most everything "new" and love pretty much everything. Whenever someone asks me what my favorite cathe workout is, it's always what I've done most recently.

Hi Stephanie,

I live in Marin County ,well, at least for anothr week then we are moving to Petaluma. Where abouts are you located. I have been doing Cathe since 2003, and just love her too. It is so tough to pick a fav workout cuz I love alot of them for different reasons! Some fav's sre DrillMax , 4DS Kickbox, Gym Styles , ugh!! I could go on butthen I would be dishing out the whole collection. Fitness tips ,hmmm... get enough sleep, eat a well varied clean diet, be consistent ,stretch a lot and breath !!

Hi Stephanie,
I am from Sacramento. I have known of Cathe for a couple of years. I love her workouts. My favorite is Imax 1, Imax 3, Kick max, Butts and Guts but I love all of her workouts. I am really crazy about cardio and Cathe can really challenge me.
I just started to lift weights more seriously after I gave birth last September, and I am doing great . My tip is to stay with it (it wont be easy) but you will get results. You will be able to go longer and longer, you will get stronger and stronger . Cathe changed my life and finally I love to work out.

I live in the Central Coast (Monterey Bay area) and also have been working out with Cathe for about 6 months. I was first introduced to her when I received the small home step as a gift which included the basic step dvd. I've been hooked ever since and now own almost all Cathe w/o's. Some of my favorites are Drill Max, Imax 2 & 3, Gym Styles, Terminator, B&G, KPC, HCE- I could keep going on-

I live in Benicia, CA. It's a cute little city... Don't you just LOVE Cathe? I think she is so motivating! Anyways, have you all purchased the STS yet? I am still thinking about it. I just ordered some of her other dvd's and I can't wait to try them out.
