Reviving this thread cause i'm having trouble sticking to a rotation.
Since I received my Insanity three weeks ago (use in a week and a half, then went to the beach for a week, now back in the swing of things), I have done nothing but the Insanity. I'm missing my heavy upper body, even though I did the upper body one from the deluxe. However, i also would love to get a run in here now and again.
Thinking of a way to mix Insanity cardio with p90X and some running. Any suggestions? I so wish I had STS but I don't
