I have strong bear and Really enjoy it. I like to rotate Fit Prime tapes with Cathe tapes to offset the high-impact faster moves of Cathe. This tape has slower controlled movements and Tracie provides excellent instruction on positioning and moves. There is balance/core work mixed with weight work. To me this is a big plus. The moves usually work the muscles in a slightly different way so I am sore in different areas than conventional workouts. I beleive the videofitness site and the fitprime site have threads breaking down all the moves on the video. This tape is one that will stay in my rotations for quite a while.
