Anyone have recipe for apple cidar?

I don't have a particular recipe, but I always get cider (not the yellow apple juice stuff that the stores sometimes pass off as 'cider,' but the brownish pressed stuff) and add some cinamon sticks, cardamon, allspice (you can get mixes of the dried spices ready to add to the cider just make sure it's the spices only,in big pieces, and not a powdered mix that also has sugar and additives in) and a bit of dried orange peel. The dried orange peel is good for cider that has started to turn a bit, because the acidity of the cider seems to take more of the orange flavor out of the peel, and the orange seems to counteract some of the tartness.
