anyone have Firm Super Sculping?

i read it could be the best firm sculpting tape..
Is this true?
is it worth $20 plus shipping ? I have several other firm tapes, cathe tapes and am most interested in new effective stuff for the backside.
( i am kinda obsessed with my backside... )

I dont want to spend $25.00 on more of the same stuff i already have but with a different instuctor.

I like Super Sculpting a lot, but I wouldn't say it is the best. Personally, I like to do all of Firm Bootcamp for a good total body tape, but Super Sculpting is shorter. I usually like to add on a little extra work after SS because I don't feel totally worked out. I don't remember if has "new" effective stuff for the backside - it has tall box work, squats, lunges, etc. It also has curtsy dips and a cross over lunge, but some people on VF have said those moves can injure your knees.

i havent seen a curtsy dip yet....but i do keep hearing they are questionable...
So from what you tell me, i wont buy a new copy of super sculpting....if you dont feel done afterwards....and there is nothing new for the backside.... i will wait till i get a good price on ebay!
(right now on ebay i have seen several go for 18 or more...I dont get why people spend that much on ebay...but it makes it good for selling anything i dont want!)

I have and love many many FIRM videos, but I never liked Super Sculpting. I may be one of the rare ones, but I didn't feel like it worked any muscle group enough. I did it maybe 3 or 4 times, then traded it away. I do have Bootcamp though, which has many of the SS cuts in it and I like it much better. I like to take the cardio from another video and then do a BC segment at the end. Very fun and I feel it's working my muscles! -- Renee
