Anyone have a TRIKKE?

I just bought one and should be getting it tomorrow. It looks very cool and I'm very excited about it. I was just wondering if anyone had one and if you enjoy riding it. How big the learning curve is? And if you find it gives you a pretty good workout?

I know there are big TRIKKE groups out there so I know some people must really enjoy it.

Thanks,

Tracy

I don't have one but I used to see them all over the place in Austin and I always thought it looked so fun and awesome! I look forward to reading about it once you've given it a whirl!

That's what they're called!!!

They used to make (something vaguely resembling these) back in the late 80's.. I had one (along with everyone else).. I couldn't remember what rediculous thing we called it.. it was a TRIKE!

Sorry to jump in without any answers (but I was thinking on that one for like a year :)

This one you linked too sortof looks like those old big-wheel-looking things from the 70's/early 80's.. you sit on it and and move the handle bars from side to side (think like you would with a steering wheel) and it magically made the things move FORWARD ..

Great toy :)

Hi Pebblesus!
Did it move forward UPHILL, too? I'd like to test drive one here(Portland), so I will check if there are any around here. I don't want to just order it without any clues on how to operate it.
