I don't have the bun & thigh roller, but I am putting my two cents in anyway. I think it is probably a decent product. When I watched the infomercial, I could imagine that those muscles would indeed be worked by doing the rolling movement. However, I do not think this can in any way compete with traditional weight training as far as intensity or effectiveness.
