If you ordered from Cathe, you were automatically sent a replacement set. I think they ask you to send the original defective ones back in the envelope. Have not received mine yet. You may not have a problem with the old ones now, but if you play them in another DVD player, you may have problems, so they fixed these problems with the new replacements.
