Hi all,
Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 13 weeks preg. w/ my 4th child
(three boys 19, 8, & 3). I've been working out most of my adult life. I could really use the support this time because I'm exhausted and have to really force myself to stay active. Posting my workouts hopefully will make me feel accountable. My other preg. have been fantastic but feel very sick this time around. I have tried to listen to my body but if I had my way I could sleep all the time-40 is not going to get the best of me!
My workout plan is:
Sun- Jog 4 miles
Mon- Firm Time crunch
Tues- Gym- Cardio/ weights
Wed- Jog
Thurs. Gym- Cardio weighs
Fri. off
Sat. ME
Sorry so long- Can't wait to meet everyone
