I was wondering if anyone has ever worn their heart rate monitor for a 24 hour period to see how many calories you burn in a day? Does it even hold that much info?
I wore it at Disneyland once to see what happened to my HR on the rides. Result? *Nothing*
Bummer, I can't get fit living at Disneyland.
Anyway, I haven't tried for a 24 hour period because I get bored faster than that; it ends up being very very low numbers after about an hour post-exercise. :-(
The one I have right now functions as my wristwatch so, yea, all day. I haven't even thought about setting it so I can see how many calories I burn (not sure If I can, but I'll check). My job is nothing but moving, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling so I'm sure it's quite a lot.

Ahh, Ame, you slay me. :7
I wore my HRM all day while skiing once just to see how many calories a day spent on the slopes (and in the lodge) burned. The calories burned seemed about right.
