Hi everyone,
Just had a quick ques. regarding CTX rotation, wondering if anyone else is following it right now and also if you guys could let me know what you think of my sched. w/ it. This is my first time actually following a rotation (it's always been hard for me to stick to one, but so far I'm loving CTX) so what do you think? I've tweaked it slightly, started last Monday.
Mon. All Step as is, Step only-SJP, triceps only-10 10 10
Tues. Power Circuits as is
Wed. Kickbox as is/chest only-Step&Intervals
Thu. 10 10 10 as is
Fri. Abs only-Leaner Legs/ skipped LL to do 45 min bike ride/I want those Buns-Tamilee Webb/Back only-Power Cir./Shoulders only-All Step
Sat. Very active rest-helping with a trenching job (lots of digging )
Sun. Step&Intervals as is w/ Step Blast Chall. (that one is just soo much fun! )
Mon. - Thurs. of this wk. exactly the same, except tomorrow hoping to add in either Pilates for the Legs or Firm It Up S.S. Also planning on doing S&I on Sat. and taking Sun. as rest day.
So please what do you guys think? Am I supposed to switch them around for the following wk.? (I'm seriously pathetic when it comes to knowledge of rot.) Oh and I've been working two body parts a day, but what do you really think is better, should I just be working one a day? Sorry this is so long, I really appreciate any advice or suggestions anyone has to offer. Thanks so much, I figured I came to the right place
