Anyone Else Curious abt the Conversations during STS?

Right now, I'm in Meso 3-Week 3. Meso1, Week1, the crew seemed very professional and now, it seems like they are all friends and joke around.

They've just got a lot more time in Meso 3 to relax a bit between sets. In Meso 1 everything moves so fast you have to stay focused and just get busy.
