Looks good doesn't it? I was thinking about starting last Monday but I am not a lover of Imax 1.Just b/c it is so hard.So I figured that I would do a run instead.I beleive yesterday was suppose to be some sort of cardio/weights workout but it was so nice out that I went for another run.I had intended on doing the other workout late last night but I got caught up in painting.So I am going to do yesterdays workout today.
I just didn't know if anyone wanted to start a check in.Would be nice.Everyone relate to the horror everyone else experienced.

I started the rotation on Sunday instead of Monday- don't know why I was so eager to do this tough rotaion}( !
On account of it being tough, I've started to change the order of the workouts during the week. Yesterday was going to ne my IMAX 2 day, but I was wiped from doing IMAX 1 and Bootcamp back to back, so I did KPC with some modifying. I'm not sure what workout I'll do today- my muscles are tender, perhaps it will be a rest day. I'll let you know!

I'd love to have a check-in for this rotation. I started it right away on July 1 and have been VERY FAITHFUL. First time I've done a rotation and haven't stopped already - pathetic, huh?!?!?
Anyway, I did Bootcamp to replace HSTA (don't have this one yet) and the step part of SJP (just because I had a little more energy).
I'm game if anybody else wants to have a check-in. And you are so right - this is a very tough rotation and I'll need some motivation to keep me going.
Tomorrow I have MIS AND a 30 minute intense run. UGH!!! That will be a tough one.
